I use ours all the time…. mostly to find the TV remote.  It’s always stuck in the cushions.  In the house, it works from about 30-35 feet away.  It also works through cushions.

Walk, Jog or Ride Safely - LED Marker Band

He Gadget: You know how you are startled when you are driving at night and suddenly see someone on the side of the road.  It makes you think how lucky you are that you didn’t hit them.  Well, I knew someone who actually did hit and kill a nighttime jogger who was running on a road with a small shoulder.  He’s lucky he didn’t go to jail, but I’m sure that will haunt him for the rest of his life.

 

If you are a night time walker or jogger, it’s so important to make sure you are seen.  Carry a flashlight, wear reflectors or use a LED marker band.  I have been using a flashlight when I walk my dog at night, but I’m not so sure that is enough.  You may want to use a couple of these.  It is also great for evening or night bikers, or kids that ride their bike home from their friend’s house.  You can never be too careful. 

 

The LED marker band can be set to flash or glow and the band material is reflective.   It has an easy push button switch and it is shock and weather resistant.
