She Gadget: My husband and I play golf together. He sure seems to have a lot of golf 'stuff' and I'm sure he would like this watch. It's supposed to help you improve your swing by checking your tempo, rhythm, backswing length and speed. The object is to check them on a swing when you hit it well and then try to repeat the combination. I wonder if it would help him with his length, tempo, rhythm and speed in other areas.... It also keeps score and can data can be downloaded to a computer. They're definately expensive at $399 or $499 depending on which one you get but it's a top quality watch and would be fine for any occasion.

He Gadget & She Gadget: As you know we've been a little busy as of late. Well now that it's official we can tell everyone. We have just completed the purchase of an online retail store - Convenient Gadgets (convenientgadgets.com or cgets.com). We are very excited about this new venture.

We believe that this new venture will help us to bring you unique gift ideas as we will be actively pursuing new products for our own store around the world. As we come across good gift ideas we'll continue to post them here. Not everything we come across that makes a good gift will be a good fit for our retail store but obviously, if we find something and carry it at our store, we'll provide you a link to get it there. Otherwise, we'll provide you a link to another retailer who carries whatever it may be.

Binocular Camera Combo

 

She Gadget: If your guy's an outdoorsy type or likes to attend sports events and can't afford the good seats you can get him a binocular camera. It will let him view the action from afar and also let him capture any memorable moments. They're also convenient so he doesn't have to carry both binoculars and a camera separtely.

He Gadget: From a guys perspective the 2.1 megapixel image size is probably the lowest I would go when choosing a model. You'd also want to make sure it takes an SD card so you could get either a very large card or carry a couple of cards with you easily since they are so small. I would also make sure you get one that captures Video too, which may be even better than just pictures. I would be much more interested in capturing an Allen Iverson Dunk video than just a chance picture at just the right moment. All-in-all they seem like a good compact, multipurpose gadget guys would like.
